We know you can’t wait to get your hands on our delicious honey, so we do our very best to get it safely in your hands as soon as possible…start buttering that toast!

 

We aim to process all orders and have them winging their way to you within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Our couriers work as hard as our bees to get your honey to your door as quickly as they can, but please do allow 3–5 business days, plus an additional 2 days for rural delivery.

 

It's really important to us that your honey is in the same tip-top condition when it arrives, as it was when it left us. To help ensure this, we are unfortunately unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

 

Forgot something when you placed your order or just realised you put in your old address (we’ve all done that!)? No problem — just contact us straight away at info@otagogoldhoney.co.nz and we’ll do our best to get it sorted for you.

 

We do try to keep delivery costs as low as possible, but sometimes we may have to alter our courier prices. When that happens, we will update our website so there are no sneaky surprises for you.

 

Sorry, overseas folks, for now we are only able to ship our honey within New Zealand. Of course, you could always ask one of your Kiwi friends or relatives to hook you up and send you a yummy honey pressie!
