Returns & Refunds
We all want this part to be simple, right?
We’re totally dedicated to ensuring our top-quality honey leaves here in perfect condition and gets to you the same way. And we know you just want to get on with the business of devouring it — yum! But we also understand that sometimes things don’t go quite as planned…
So, if something isn’t quite right with your honey when it turns up, we’ve got your back. Just get in touch with us straight away at info@otagogoldhoney.co.nz to let us know — we want to get things all sorted for you as soon as possible.
Then, return it to us within 14 days, unused and in the original packaging, and we will replace it or refund it. Easy as that. Of course, if it looks like it's been damaged on its way to you, we’d really appreciate some photos as well.
Want to swap it? No problem, please send it to us at the address below and we’ll send its replacement and, of course, cover the cost of shipping the new one.
Prefer a refund? Sometimes the banks can take a few days to sort the paperwork, so please allow about 3-5 days for the credit to appear on your statement. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the costs of the original shipping.
