Do you "heat treat" your honey?

We do warm our honey so that it can be removed from the frame or storage drum, however we are careful to ensure this is not so high as to affect its flavour or nutritional value.

Does honey expire?

Good news - honey doesn't expire.  As long as it's stored properly, honey is shelf-stable.  Of course, you'll be eating it so fast, you won't have a chance to find out anyway.

Do you add anything extra to your honey?

Nope, not a thing.  It's 100% pure, New Zealand honey.
