Our People
At the heart of our business is family — four generations united by a love of bees, honey, and the land. Since the 1950s, our family-run honey company has combined tradition with innovation to create award-winning honey that New Zealanders know and trust.

Our Awards
We’ve been winning awards for our honey since Grandad’s day, and over the years we’ve collected a haul of medals in just about every colour. One of the proudest moments was taking home the Supreme Award at the NZ National Honey Competition in 2019 — a real honour for our small, family-run business.
Our History
The story of our family business begins with John (Jan) and Celia, who immigrated to New Zealand from Holland after World War II in search of a new life. From humble beginnings with John and Celia’s first hive to today’s modern honey processing facility, we’re proud to carry on a legacy of care, craftsmanship, and connection to nature.

Our Bees
The real stars of the show? Our bees. Our hives are tucked away on a number of local farms around the region, carefully placed to give the bees the best of what the landscape has to offer. We manage our hives with care, experience, and a deep respect for the bees and the environment.
